Vaccination and Testing
- We encourage all attendees to either receive a COVID vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of arrival before entering the convention.
- Proof will not be verified at time of the attendee check-in.
- Appropriate face masks are recommended inside convention venues.
What do I need to provide to show proof of vaccination?
Proof of vaccination is not required for entry into the convention.
What do I need to provide to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test?
Proof of a negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry into the convention.
Is MEPACON allowing guests to refund or rollover their badge costs?
If you are unable to attend due to the COVID policies, you may request a full refund or rollover to the next convention. Refunds are available until one week prior to the event. After that time, anyone who is unable to attend may roll their badges to the next convention.
Will there be hand sanitizer available?
Yes. We are working to ensure that there is additional hand sanitizer readily available throughout the convention site.
Do other adults need to be present to pick up badges?
We allow for a single adult to pick up other adult’s badges that they were associated with.
Is the hotel allowing guests to refund their room costs?
Yes, if the hotel receives the cancelation before 4:00 PM on the Thursday prior to the convention.
